The Allooloo record under licence — for the firm, not the agent.
Agents pay as they read. Firms license the record: the live record for every agent in the house, the dated record for replay and reconstruction, and the archived record in a second cloud as the firm's own copy. The licence is to the data and the named things that run on it; the standards beneath are open and stay open.
1 Three licences
| licence | what it is | what it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Data Now | the live record — reads, outcomes, statements, receipts — for every agent under the firm's customer key | agents in session; the house's own receipts in one statement |
| Data Vintage | the dated record — every section version, outcome and receipt as it stood on the day | replay and reconstruction; showing afterwards what applied |
| Data Ark | the archived record, copied daily to a second cloud under a credential that adds and never reads back | the firm's own copy; independently verifiable; survives Allooloo |
2 The named things
Replay · Bench · Cleanroom · Review · Score · Timeline — each a thing the licence sells, each built on the record, each described on its own page.
3 What a licensee holds
- 3.1
- A customer key: every read by every agent of the firm is receipted with the firm as caller; the firm's statement at the customer door is its own evidence.
- 3.2
- The auditor's slice: a key the firm issues to its examiner, scoped to its own receipts and nothing else.
- 3.3
- The dated record, resolvable to any day a receipt names.
- 3.4
- The ark: a copy the firm can verify offline against the published keys, in a cloud Allooloo does not operate.
4 What the licence is not
- 4.1
- Not a feed, not advice, not a rating. It is the sourced record and the receipts of reading it.
- 4.2
- Not exclusive. The record is the same for every licensee; the standards are public.
- 4.3
- Not priced on this page.
